We offer an internship for academic credit for students who are interested in gaining experience with qualitative coding and analysis. Interns assist with coding transcripts of ethnographic interviews from our research studies and gain some experience with conducting preliminary analyses. Interns also receive training in using the qualitative coding software, ATLAS.ti 8 and receive directed readings related to qualitative research methods to support their training.
For interest in our internship program, contact our Internship Coordinator, Ida Wilson, by sending an email to internship@criticalpublichealth.org.
